Doin' Time: Baseball Academy

The Boys & Girls Club is proud to announce year two of Doin' Time, an indoor training opportunity for ballplayers.  The Club's indoor batting cage is a state-of-the-art entity with a turf roll out, batting rug, and industrial pitching machine.  During the winter months, players will have a place to train, develop and get repetitions.  The program will include instruction and skill development in station work format, as well as batting practice in the cage.

Staff

Boys & Girls Club's Director of Operations, Mike Flynn, will run the program along with other knowledgeable staff and coaches.  Both Mike and staff have extensive baseball backgrounds and a wealth of experience working with kids, coaching and teaching.

*Please note that all of Doin' Time programs hold a maximum of 25 members.

Doin' Time: Rookie Baseball Academy
Program Dates: Mondays Jan. 11th, 25th, Feb. 1st, 8th, 22nd, Mar. 1, Mar. 8th, Mar. 15th

Grade 3 6:00-7:15

Fee: $125

Doin' Time: JR Baseball Academy
Program Dates: Mondays Jan. 11th, 25th, Feb. 1st, 8th, 22nd, Mar. 1, Mar. 8th, Mar. 15th

Grades 4th & 5th 7:15-8:30

Fee: $125

Doin' Time: SR Baseball Academy
Program Dates: Fridays Jan. 15th, 22nd, 29th, Feb. 5th, Feb. 19th, Feb. 26th, Mar. 5, Mar. 12th

Grades 6th-8th 7:15-8:30

Fee: $125

Doin' Time: Girls Softball Academy *New Program

Doin' Time: Winter Hitting League Minimize
Doin' Time: Winter Hitting League
Come join our winter hitting league where players will be placed on teams as well as play individually and produce points within a scoring system.  Standings and stats will be kept and displayed throughout the winter.  We look forward to being your place to hit during the off season!
  • Keep your swing sharp over the winter
  • Compete against peers in a fun environment
  • Take 40-60 swings a week
  • All are welcome in this CoEd league
  • Formed teams are welcome

Grades 3rd-12th 3pm - 5pm **Schedules with team hitting times will be out after registration**

Fee for Winter Academy Player: $100
