Benefits of Membership Minimize
Available to all school age children, all members and their families who register for any club program which utilizes the staff and facilities of the Boys & Girls Club are considered members and will receive the benefits of membership:

  • priority registration on all programs
  • monthly E-newsletter
  • shout-outs on unique last minute opportunities; free tickets, special deals & offers

Cost:

General Membership: $50
After School Crew Minimize

This preferred membership level allows one complete access to the Club Monday through Friday, with no additional fees for vacation days.  These members have the freedom to use the Club and our designated program areas at their leisure.  ASC memberships are valid for 1 school year, September to June.

Cost:

Elementary School Students: $500 includes general membership fee
Middle School Students: $400 includes general membership fee
Punch Pass Minimize

We are happy to bring back our 10 visit punch pass!  This punch pass is designed for our members who do not attend on a regular basis, however, visit the Club throughout the school year.  By purchasing the punch pass, your child can come to the Club on 10 separate occasions after school and participate in our after school activities.

If your child attends a program, they do not have to use the punch pass on that specific day!

Please note: A $50 general membership must be purchased in order to purchase a punch pass!

Cost:

10 visit punch pass: $100

Register Minimize
First Time Users:

- To beginning the registration process simply click on the Register button in the top right hand corner of the screen.  A new window will then open.

- In the new window, click on Register Now (for first time users) in the upper left hand corner. 

- On the next page, you will be asked to register a primary contact's information.  This is the parent/guardians information.  If you are over the age of 18, you may enter yourself as the primary contact.  You will also be asked to create a user name and password, please remember to write this down, you will need it in the future!

- Next you will be asked to add a new participant.  If you are a parent/guardian, this is the child that is participating in the program.  If you are over the age of 18, you need to add your information as the participant.

- You can now add the available programs to your shopping cart, or you can click on Update and Add A New Participate and register another family member.  You can register all of your family to one user name. 

- Once you select the program you are registering for proceed to the shopping cart!  You have successfully registered for the program!

- Remember to write down your user name and password, you will need it in the future to register for programs!  If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Club, 203-438-8821 or send an email to Kristin at kgoncalves@bgcridgefield.org. 

Returning users:

- To begin, simply click on the Login (already a member) button on the top right hand corner of this page.  A new window will open up.

- On the new page, click on the Login (already a member) button in the top left hand corner.  Then login using the user name and password that you created when you became a member.  Your account information should come up on the screen.

- If you need to add a new participant, click on the green cross next to Participant Information.
Add the information for the new participant.

- To register for a program, click on the Register Now button in the top left hand corner of the screen.  You will then be able to see a list of the available programs for each participant.  Select the programs that you would like to sign up for.

- Once you have selected all the programs, click on the next button were you will proceed to the Check Out.
